Guest guest
Since I have only been using it for gfcf breads for a little under a year-I am not sure about the long term-but so far I have had no problem. I own the four and a half quart kitchen aide model. I love it. As for it not mixing the bottom-I find I do have to scrape the bowl at least once-but usually because the bowl was wet when I started -from baking several things in one day. I use the beater attachment for bread-the dough hook does not work because gfcf breads often dont form the traditional ball of dough.Any way-Love my mixer-and hope your reveiws are mistaken-I sure dont want mine to burn out.
