Alyssa,YOU are a much more brave person than I! : ) Thanks for the tip--in case I ever get the chance to try. Glad to know you survived, how about your mother?!!? : pAmeliaHusband UC 9 years, SCD 19 monthsLDN 3 mgTo: BTVC-SCD Sent: Sat, February 6, 2010

I finally bucked up and took my FCLO today! Well, only after my mom

tried it first =) It wasn't so bad though! Here's what I did to make

it much easier, in case it helps another person on here:: ( I think

this method only works with the gel kind, since it's more of a solid)

*Best to take in the middle of a meal*

1. Put the FCLO on the tip of a spoon.

2. Have a big glass of water handy.

3. Using the tip of your tongue and NOT breathing through your nose,

lick the FCLO into your mouth.

4. Take a big gulp of water, and the blob of FCLO just goes down like

a pill!

5. Now just try to stand the horrible fishy aftertaste until you get

in another bite of the meal you were eating.

I didn't taste it at all when it was going down, or in my mouth. Just

a tiny bit afterwards until I continued eating my squash pancakes.

Peace =)

I tasted it too, and found it LESS offensive than unflavored CLO. This is the

gel with the butter oil Alyssa has talked about. I think I might even be able

to sneak some of it in my toddler...not that yucky!
