Guest guest
For us oldsters, Vitamin K2 addresses two very important concerns, hardening of the arteries and osteoporosis. I had hardening of the arteries and my blood pressure was 180+/90+. The use of 100 mcg/day of K2 lowered it to 120's/70's. The calcium in my arteries was literally transferred to my bones. You can Google " Rotterdam vitamin K study " which showed that the intake of higher amounts of K2 substantially reduced the death rate from heart attacks and reduced the death rate from all causes during the ten years of the study. You may also want to Google " K2 bone strength " and " K2 Weston Price " . This is just another of the tidbits that Big Pharma and their FDA allies don't want you to know about.
