Guest guest
I know BTVC describes recipe for cooked down, store-bought prune juice as remedy for C, but I was wondering about just drinking the leftover juice from stewing prunes? Anyone ever try it? I usually end up with around 6oz left over and it seems a waste just to toss it. Is it too weak to produce results? Since it's in weaker form than cooked down juice, it is ok just to down a whole glass? Related Q: Anyone ever have C side effects from anti-depressants? My sleep doc prescribed Mirtazapine for PLM-related insomnia, and it lists C as potential side effect. It was around time I started taking it that I noticed increasingly frequent C, something I usually don't experience, at least not to this degree. (and the Mirtazpine doesn't seem to have done squat for my sleep.) thanks, tom ibs / cfs
