Guest guest
I can only assume you are referring to British recipes. It is probably an abbreviation for tablespoon. Please be aware that British spoon measures and American spoon measures are not the same. Subject: UK Pamela: What's a tab? Pamela, I've searched the measurement equilvalents sections in many of my cookbooks and I can not find a reference to a " tab " . Could you help me; I have several recipes that call for a tab of something that I can't remember right now, but I don't know the measurement. What is it or might be an equiivalent? Thanks, Sharon in Virginia > Pamela Bray UK
