Guest guest
Hey Becki-- Tennessee is not the end of the world! They have target, and wal-mart and sam's club and they even have post offices. :-} You can find your generic mall every 10 miles in the city-- and I am pretty sure there are health food stores-- I doubt if you are gonna starve!! Try some of the herba-life protein drinks-- they come in many flavors and are clear, not milky, like juice. and are in handy individual packets. 15 grams per, and all you need is a container and h20-- pretty sure they have h20 in Tenn. Luna bars are okay, the herba life ones are boring, but edible. and never forget your average packs of almonds or other nuts.-- they sell those there too. My Dad moved to Knoxville-- first time I visited I packed as if I was headed to the Australian Outback. SOOO unnecessary.
