Guest guest
Ya know, I only get a craving for liver about every 4 or 5 years. I use to eat it at least twice a year until I heard the fat that it is a filter. I am one of those that would really prefer NOT to know how food is processed or what is in it. I have this fear if I knew I would never eat again. Hmmmm. Do I hear another diet on the horizon? ) Lori Owen - Denton, Texas SRVG 7/16/01 Dr. Ritter/Dr. Bryce 479/335/??? Guest guest
hi Nora, I don't know much about your liver count being high. But if it's any consolation, to let you know I too had and still continue to have problems with my tailbone hurting. Especially when sitting for long periods at a time or sitting to far back. I posted my problem and it seems that it is a common problem primarily with females. No one seemed to have an explanation including my Dr. as time has gone on it seems to have lessened up a bit. Several people suggested an inflatable pillow like one used for (hemorroid sufferers) not fully inflated is best. I haven't tried it, because my two little ones keep me off my rear most of the day. I have noticed that when I do sit and shift my weight differently it doesn't hurt as much. I hope any of this information helps. Good luck to you and keep up the great work with your loss. lap 5/17/03 326/194/145(goal)
