Guest guest
Ann You go ahead and vent all you want to. I was in a nursing home too. Yes it is scary and if you are alone it is worse. I was a resident for 5 months and I said "I am going home" they didn't like it much but tuff luck. I went home. It wasn't easy and still isn't but it is helping my self worth. I go to therapy 3 times a week. This is all from a person who has never been sick in her life. I am still trying to be very independent like I used to be but some days I just want to curl up and say enough. If it wasn't for my grandkids, children and the fact that I am too damn stubborn I would give it up. They made a song and I say it is all of us. One line goes---"I get knocked down but I get up again no body gonna keep me down" None of us deserve this hellasious NS but we don't control who gets it and who doesn't. We just make Lemonade when handed lemons. I pray for you and all of the victims of this monster. I am sending you a cyber hug to hold on to. I know it is hard but hang in there. Best wishes for a pain free day and a good nights sleep. Jackie from Wisconsin. when did the tribune post the article? I would like to look it up. thyroid>>>> Hey Guys,>> Is the thyroid suseptible to sarcoid.
