Guest guest
I am 21 months out from surgery. On my one year anniversary I was down to 180 and bounced around there for about 6 months. When my husband had surgery I knew I had to get back on the ball again. We joined a new gym and we lift together 3 times a week. I've taken up Yoga, and joined Weight Watchers. I am one of those people that need some structure and I need to be accountable. I don't go to WW meetings ( I have no time). I do the whole program on line and now I have lost 17 more pounds. Does anyone else use the WW program to help lose or maintain weight when they are further out? I find the program really easy to follow and would love to talk to others about it. You can email me at nicollejoy @ yahoo.com so we don't clog up the board. Nicolle Joy Lap-RNY 11/07/01 Ht. 5'2 Pre-op #310 Today #168 -142 pounds My hubby had surgery too!
