Atkins incution plan . . . protein, fat, very low carb vegs . . . lettuce, mushrooms, some green beans, or broccoli . . . And if you're using Stack, made with water, I don't think you can gain weight on them. Subject: Too many shakes? Is there such a thing as drinking too many shakes? I 'm still pre-op, but I've been trying the samples and ordering so that I'll be prepared and have things already on hand, and so that I can shrink my liver before surgery. Already I am getting addicted to the things. I've been doing 3-4 a day, and could probably take another before bed. (I eat 1 small meal per day, mostly protein.) I am not losing much weight, only a pound or two, so I am wondering if you can do too many shakes. The Champion stack ad says it is for weight gain or loss....how can it be both?
