one of my incisions has a little puss coming out.. help

the very bottom incision has a small opening that hasnt healed up yet

and i noticed that i can squeeze a little puss out of it.. i went to

my 2 week appointment Thursday the 8th and she said it looked a

little irritated from my paints rubbing it.. is there something i can

do.. dont it need air to heal or should i put a bandage over it... oh

yeah.. i had lost 13.3 pounds..
