Our girl was just casted last week. She's 5 mo old & NOT a pacifier

lover. I held her in my lap & DH ended up giving her a paci anyway -

she actually took it (guess they know that they need something to calm

down), as the plaster dries, it gets warmer, so she calmed down pretty

fast & stayed still while it was drying. Both you and your baby should

wear something washable (the plaster washed out just fine afterwards).
