Guest guest
I cook as I always did, have always loved cooking for me and my husband, family, friends, whoever. I still taste test and really don't cook anything " bad " , didn't for awhile before surgery. As my eating habits changed so did my cooking and finding healthy alternatives that taste great is the best. I made a cheesecake I found in the South Beach Diet cookbook last night for a group of friends at a cookout and noone knew how good it was for them . It's fun and I get the benefit of being able to enjoy the food, though in smaller portions . My husband has lost a considerable amount of weight since I had surgery by simply adopting some of the things I do (like removing diet coke from diet), he got into jeans with a 34 waist the other day and literally came out of the dressing room dancing, I was laughing....a lot .
