Guest guest
I know that programs like fitday have applications that allow you to figure out how many calories are in something you make. What about nut milk? I was thinking about this yesterday, as I was chowing down on entirely too many nuts for someone who wants to lose weight. I can see being able to figure out how many calories are in nut milk if the pulp is left in it, but what about when you take that out? Does anyone know a way to figure that out?
