Hi there. someone just jogged my memory and reminded me of something I used to

take religiously - chorophyll and I was never anemic. I always had a high iron

count.

I looked it up on the SCD list and didn't find any illegals in it, so I wondered

why people don't talk about it more often on this list. I wished I would have

remembered years ago when my CD became severe

and I needed transfusions.

Check out this article as well for all it's benefits:

I trust Marilyn will correct me if I am wrong about SCD compliance.

CD - 4 yrs.

SCD - 3 1/2

I’m

not too sure that this is legal. It contains alfalfa, a fairly large

proportion of it. Chlorophyll 20mg, Alfalfa 100mg. Perhaps another long-time

SCDer can remind me/us about alfalfa? I suspect it isn’t a mono- or

di-saccharide.

It

certainly seems to be something that is advanced, after some healing has

occurred.

There

is one listed under SCD Legal Products at Freeda Vitamins site: http://www.freedavitamins.com/index.php?p=product & id=318 & parent=12

I would say be careful. It's supposed to chelate heavy metals and stuff which

can throw you into some detox symptoms if you're sensitive. Start with a small

dose and work your way up.
