You can get back on track. You have come too far to let go of the success

now. One of the things that helps me is to ask myself " Do I want to trade this

success....this smaller body....these clothes in cute sizes.....for this

handful of crackers? " As a matter of fact, I just threw out two packages of

breadsticks because I could not stay away from them. One way or the

other....they

would have been gone today....in me or in the trash. I am glad that they are

in the trash.

Develop a list of friends that you can call to help divert your attention

from the food. Isolation is your worst enemy. Best of luck.....you can do

this..you have already taken the first step....being so honest in your post to

us.
