I need some help.... please

This is so hard for me to admit...but I need some help. I've lost

140 pounds since 4/12/01 but..I feel some pounds creeping back and

I'm too afraid to even weigh. I'm grazing, on carbs (evil little

yellow fish crackers), not drinking my protein drinks (which I

love ) and drinking with snacks..not meals...but am drinking with

snacks. I know I feel GREAT following Atkins, I'm just having a

hard time putting that first day together and getting through it. I

need some encouragement, some support, from those who have been

there. So please, kick me, push me, head me in the right direction

cause I'm gonna win this thing!!!! Love y'all (((hugs))) and smiles

=)))

i agree that tossing those cookies, ooops i mean crackers *s*, is a

great idea. i cannot start my day with a carb laden meal or else all

i want is carbs carbs carbs alllll day long!

smack your hand when reaching for a drink instead of your food -- and

get back on those protien shakes!

enlarge your " before " and " now " pics & tack them up around the

house...do you want to go back to " before " ?
