Guest guest
my daughter has had a flat spot for a while. her head growth is only in the 2 percent on the charts and has always just kinda sat still. we noticed it wasn't getting better back when she was maybe seven months. By the time we got to a specialist she was 12 months old. I had to push the issue with her doctor and wish i would have gotten an appointment way before hand. The neurosurgeon looked at her head, we had a ct done, and she said if i would have came to her at 6 months of age she would not have wanted to restrict her growth with a helmet because her growth is so slow. So that is the bigger concern and may need surgery if it doesn't continue to progress. I am just frustrated and was wondering if there is any hope that her head will continue to round out now that she is a little more active and off her head? Has anyone else had this problem.
