Guest guest
Has anyone else noticed this grit at the bottom of the meals they fix that contain Redmond real salt? Is this something I should eat or discard? I mean, if flax seeds are abrasive to the gut, what about this grit? Wouldn't it be worse, or is there an explanation that I'm not thinking of? Perhaps it's analogous to meat bones where it's still good to have it in food but not good to eat? I love the taste of foods with it, but I'm a little reluctant about it right now. Any thoughts? Thanks!! By the way, I've been on the diet since mid-Nov. last year and have been diagnosed with IBS but have had symptoms suggestive of UC in the past but never diagnosed with it.
