I am pretty strict with it without being rigid. If he is looking sweaty I will

take it off to dry and give him a break. If he has redness on his forehead I

will take it off until the redness calms down, usually for 30 min. I just do

that a couple times a day, usually after a nap. As for bath time, he gets as

long as it takes. I am not micro managing it but he does end up in it for about

22-23 hours a day.

breaks a day its just easier on me!!! but sometimes it takes a minuite to clean

the band and bathe him and i have a 3 year old demanding little girl LOL. so it

seems like hes out a little over an hour...
