I was pretty strict about it but my husband was not and hated to see Justice in the helmet but I made sure we stayed as close as possible to the 23 hours and we did his time all at once since he is the youngest of 6 it gave me just enough time for bathes and cleaning the helmet.

hi,i was wondering, how strict are all you mommies with the '23 hours' in the band???well we got my sons starband a week ago today and he started wearing it full time monday....orthoamer ica (or whatever its called lol!) says an hour break, but my sons doc said do it in 15 min. intervals... well i decided to do 2- 30min. breaks a day its just easier on me!!! but sometimes it takes a minuite to clean the band and bathe him and i have a 3 year old demanding little girl LOL. so it seems like hes out a little over an hour...how strict are you mommies about the 23 hours in the helmet???i mean he gets about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 min. but do you guys go over a bit??thanks!
