she just did a big article in the hosp. magazine about

> drinking your milk to keep osteo at bay.

Did she ever hear of a thing called calcium supplements? I don't need

scholarly writings to tell me that every time I drink milk I dump -- all I

have to do is look at the label and go " oh, 10 grams of liquid sugar, no

wonder! "

Some days ya just wanna slap 'em...

Sue,

My gut feeling is not to waste your time with this " dietician. " Milk is

sugar and we're not supposed to tolerate it well.

Spend the energy you would on educating her baking *us* a cake.

Good Morning Sue,

You might want to check out this article. Although it isn't a medical

article, per se, it does reference several articles and books. It

also summarizes several concerns.

http://www.godshealthplan.com/healthtips/Milk.html

Another article is by the Physician's Committee for Responsible

Medicine is at: http://www.pcrm.org/health/Info_on_Veg_Diets/milk.html

And this site has info and links to several articles:

http://www.notmilk.com/

You also might want to check out the book, " Milk: The Deadly Poison "

by Cohen and Jane Heimlich.

Hope these help.

You will find the anti-milk research publications filed right beside

those proving that protein supplements are necessary for all RNY

patients.
