Guest guest
she just did a big article in the hosp. magazine about > drinking your milk to keep osteo at bay. Did she ever hear of a thing called calcium supplements? I don't need scholarly writings to tell me that every time I drink milk I dump -- all I have to do is look at the label and go " oh, 10 grams of liquid sugar, no wonder! " Some days ya just wanna slap 'em... ~~ Lyn G
