Guest guest
So, I've been on SCD for over 3 months, and like the way it's working for me. Sometimes frustrating at how slow I have to introduce foods, but I am so glad to have the resource to help me. I just picked up Sally Fallon's book Nourishing Traditions. I think there is a lot of good stuff in there. BUT, I'm curious about if others have used her book to help, and if they have, how they balance that with the SCD? Guest guest
I love that book. I just make sure everything I cook is SCD legal. Sometimes you can make a legal substitution. Other recipes are not compatible at all. I like the information in it, but I follow SCD strictly. I see the book as adding to it, but obviously some food items are not compatible with SCD.
