Vitamin D deficiency and Crohn's disease

I don't recall this being posted yet. Apparently researchers at McGill University have recently discovered that Vitamin D deficiency may play a role in Crohn's disease. I'm going to ask to have my son 's levels checked at his next Dr. visit.
