Guest guest Posted May 4, 2003 Report Share Posted May 4, 2003 It seems lately I have no appetite. Actually it's been awhile now. I have a shake for breakfast and decaf coffee. I have a shake around 10:00, I have a few bites of protein for lunch (egg, chicken, tuna, etc.), I have a shake around 3:00 p.m. and for dinner another few bites of protein and try to get in some veg, but not always possible because I'm full from the protein. I drink my water, and I exercise. My weight has been going up and down about 5 pounds for a couple of months now. I was down to 201, but today I was 205. I really want to break 200. Now for my question.... Can you gain weight from not eating enough? Does anyone know for sure? It seems that I should be dropping weight like crazy. Thank you!
