Guest guest
Hi everyone, I think it was Marilyn who mentioned EPO; I am not familiar with that abbreviation; can you please tell me what it stands for? Also, I know that canned tomatoes are not legal, but does anyone know exactly why? They really do not have any added ingredients except salt? I would like to know the rationale behind the rule. Thanks for all of your wisdom. I have had GI problems for about 7 months but have not been diagnosed with anything specific yet. Have never had D or C or any blood; just stomach cramping and nausea, which are getting better with SCD. But because I am not exactly sure what I have, I did some of my own research by reading the book " Gut Solutions " ,which is invaluable. I have also discovered that it takes the right person to help you, and that might not necessarily be an M.D. Pam SCD 4 mths
Guest guest
Hi Pam, EPO stands for Evening Primrose Oil. The oil is extracted from the plant, Evening Primrose. 1 tenth of it is GLA, (Gamma Linolenic Acid) and LA (Linoleic Acid) good essential fats. GLA helps calm PMS and menopausal symptoms, among other things. canned tomatoes/EPO Hi everyone, I think it was Marilyn who mentioned EPO; I am not familiar with that abbreviation; can you please tell me what it stands for?
