Guest guest
Hey Connie, After reading various posts, it seems that it takes a lot of time and effort to get a surgery date scheduled with the surgeons. The summer is probaly a busy time for them, both with taking vacations and having a lot of surgeries scheduled. The summer seems to be an opportune time for people to want surgery, particularly for college students, like myself. I'm way in the beginning stages of treatment. My OS and I talked about an August surgery date for SARPE and wisdom teeth, but that was way back in December. He said he had to make sure that his chilren in law and medical school would be back to school by then, or else he would be taking them on vacation! Its nice for docs to have that kind of flexibility in their schedules! So far his office isn't responding to my requests for a date. Things will eventually work out, I know it. I just like to have my schedule known ahead of time, not to mention my wisdom tooth is causing a sore on the side of my mouth! Take care. And have fun on all your trips!
