Guest guest
Great for you ! I started at 370, not far from you, and am at 227 two and a half years out. I've only lost about 10 pounds in the past 6 months, but the scal is starting to slip down again. This is the third time I hit a prolonger plateau and afterwards started to lose again. Howevr, it's pretty weird that during my sprints at losing weight, I don't seem to lose size. Then when my body " gives up " and takes a rest, I go down in sizes. I'm suppoesed tave mt TT late September. I thought I should wait awhile, but my wls DR. and PS seem to think I'm ready. Also, hubby lost his job, and at $835/ month for COBRA, the PS suggests I do the TT as sonn as possible with existing insurance, then dump the insurance for something cheaper. She wants me losing as mych as possible in the next 6 weeks. That largest person she has ever done was 210. This will be hard. I know the program, but my body has a mind of its' own. An interesting reason she wants me lower is she said most people have a poochy tummy with most of the extra weight being carried in the lower abdomen. But mine is all spread out up thru the upper stomach and chest, and can result in a much greater risk of Seranoma. Ugh! Wish me luck! Anyone had a similar experience?
