Guest guest Posted February 14, 2010 Report Share Posted February 14, 2010 Pecanbread has two similar charts describing the various phases of the SCD diet and when to try various foods, etc. However, the charts aren't the same! Any ideas as to why there are differences between these two charts? Chart 1: http://pecanbread.com/p/how/stages.html Chart 2: http://www.pecanbread.com/new/scdfoods1.html Particular foods that are important in the near future and that are somewhat different between the two charts (as I'm moving to Stage 1 tomorrow!) are: Green beans, acorn/butternut/buttercup squashes, and nut milks Of course, which foods are better in the beginning are going to be a very personal thing, and I'll be introducing them every 2-4 days and keeping a journal and all that, but the guidelines are really very helpful, so it'd be nice to know which guidelines to follow!
