Guest guest
Are you doing protein shakes, and taking your vitamins? You can get lots of info on protein at OSSG-Protein , and vitamins at ossg-vitamins-minerals . I find if I consider protein (supplements), vitamins and water as my main source of nutrition, and food as a bonus, it is much easier to get the food under control. The only rules I have for food are " no milk, no sugar. " All of the above varies according to what kind of surgery you had.
