Guest guest
I am waiting to get my approval from my insurance company (Aetna PPO). It's been about a week since my paper work has been sent, so its just an exercise in patience (which I lack!!!). My question is this: How did y'all go about telling your boss about your needing time off? Im not sure I want to come out and say " hey! I need time off to get a gastic bypass done " , but I also dont feel the need to lay out my whole medical history to them either! Any hints??? Thanks! ka in Houston

Guest guest
Jackie, I was looking into doing a colon cleanse because I heard how great they are. I have a friend who does them frequently. I don't know if it was on drmercola.com or a similar group but it was not recommended due to the fact that the cleanse causes you to slough off the normal lining of the colon. A few days later, my friend who was doing another cleanse, called me and said there was something funny in the commode and she didn't feel too good. I related the above info and she quit immediately. So, if you want to do it, be very careful. Terri G. > > Has anyone done or know about Colon Cleanser? Does it work and is it worth it? I have been thinking about trying it. I have heard it really helps you to feel better. Anyone Know???? > Jackie >
Guest guest
Rose, When it started happening to my mother-in-law she would blame it on eating too many peanuts. Now she just toots and keeps on going. As an aside, when I first married my husband 15 years ago, fart was equivalent to the f--- wordto her. Good thing she lightened up! Terri G.
