log and analyze your diet.....lactose, fat or gluten

issue ? try removing one of these items for a few days

independently and see if you see a difference

add a small banana a day

Thanks, Janice. I think I will try that. My dr. already knows about

the problem. I think I get more info from hese support lists than

from him, though!
