Hey Tammy,

I used to live in Asheville, NC. I miss the beautiful Smokies!! I

learned from this list that a coffee grinder works well on the flax

seeds. I found already milled ones at a health food store but have

not found any in the regular supermarket. I picked up a coffee

grinder for this purpose at Lowes for about $9. It is basic and

easy to use. Hope this helps.

You need to grind them for them to be helpful. You might try a coffee

grinder or a mortar and pestle.
