Guest guest
my suggestion is concentrate on the food plan....follow it to the T and do not count cals cuz if you are following it than no worries and it prepares your for the outline of your food plan for the rest of your life... which I still follow....and now after about five months the wt has now dropped about 10 lb w/o any change on my part....damaris wrote: thanks Ramona.......what protein shakes and vitamins did you like?>> Hi Dama,> I was Diabetic when I started in the journey. Guest guest
What I did was read the list of foods and amts.... I went thru the sections and said i would eat this no, yes etc and shopped from there.... don't buy everything all at once... that might be overwhelming.. but sit down and plan what you will eat for a week... also I felt better IMMED following this food plan as I eliminated all sugar and junk food from my life.... one thing I did that helped me as my time is always limited... I cooked a pound or 2 of ground turkey just seasoning it w/ salt, pepper, garlic....then I for a meal I weighed out the amt add one night made spaghetti over veggies (no pasta) another night I made tacos or fat free gravy etc etc I still do this... with chicken breasts, or ground turkey or etc....I like tofu, so i have a lot of stuff i do with that also....damaris wrote: that is great Bee.....i need to go grocery shopping...any tips?> >> > Hi Dama,> > I was Diabetic when I started in the journey.
