Guest guest
LaShana, Dr. King is on Dr. Ponseti's list of physicians who are qualified in the method. I don't know anything about him personally but I'm sure if someone here has experience with him or Dr. Aminian they will speak up. Hope this is helpful, Mom to Jenna (4/7/01) & Sammy (9/25/04, RCF, Dobbs brace 14hrs/day) > > Is anyone seeing King or Afshin Aminian? These are the two doctors > that are covered under my insurance plan. > > LaShana Youngblood > 9/30/04 >
Guest guest
We have seen Dr. King and weren't very impressed. He deviated from the Ponseti Method, tried to tell me that my daughter needed AFO's (I think that was the name of the brace... LOL) But I knew better and consulted with Dr. P and he said not to waist the money, she didn't need that. I should probably add that Dr. P has been 's primary doctor for her feet since she was about 1 month old and Dr. King was just our local " go-to guy " And we are now living in Iowa and having 6 month visits with Dr. P and enjoying this lovely artic weather!!! LOL I hope that helps you out LaShana!! in Iowa, mommy to 4 years old, bilateral clubfoot, FAB 14 hrs/day... until ????
