Hi Dama,

I was Diabetic when I started in the journey. I never suffered from low blood sugar while on the 1200 calorie meal plan. I think that one thing that you should do though is stop think of the 1200 calorie meal plan as a diet and think of it as a meal plan. When you start thinking of it as a diet you will tend to fail. You have to think of it as a new way of eating for the rest of your life. If you do slip don't beat yourself up too much about it and just go on don't let a little slip make you just continue to go on making bad choices. Many times we do this thing where we say to ourselves well I messed up I just might as well eat whatever I want the rest of the day and start over tomorrow. When you start doing that will set you up for failure. If you have made the wrong food choice during the day just try to make the rest of the day the right food choices. Eventually when you get used to eating meal plan you will feel fine.
