OT behavior modification help needed

I have a big problem. My son has developed a new behavior only at my

moms house-she watches him while I work-She folloes the diet to a T

and only feeds him foods I have approved. Now in the last couple days

he has started throwing things at her_big things too and she has been

hurt_ she has been doing time out with him{this works at home} but

she says it has no effect and he actually trys to slap her for

putting him in time out. The whole time he is laughing{ which

confuses me-does he realize it is not a new game?} If he does and is

just trying to take over at grandmas house how can I handle this. If

time outs are not effective for her what can I tell her to do? HELP

PLEASE-I may lose my only trustworthy babysitter if she loses control

of him-he even tried to escape and ran away form her-he has never

done this to her. On a dietary note-he has been eating more gfcf

chocolate chips lately-could this be phenols ? I have not had to

limit foods high in phenols before-but then this hasnt happened

before. Also he ate five bananas on sunday-if this were a phenol

issue then could it cause a reaction that continues past the first

day like a gluten or casein slip up? F
