Frustrated....

I am so frustrated. I have all of my initial stuff done and am currently

attending the nutrition classes that my insurance company requires that I

participate in. My pre-certification paperwork went to the pre-cert department

at he hospital and it is still sitting there. It went to their office on 4/26

and now 13 working days later it is still sitting there. Do they not realize

that this is our lives that they are just sitting on? I would not be allowed a

13 working day turnaround on my job. I sure that most of us would not. I

called and the person that works with them said that there is nothing she can do

to get this process to speed up. I find that hard to believe, but what can you

do? The longer they wait the longer out we go with scheduling my surgery. We

are already into August with the wait list and obviously it is going to be later

and later. Uuuuggghhhh. I am just frustrated and wanted to vent a little bit.
