Guest guest
Hey all-- A quick update on Jake...he had his first follow-up appointment today, and Jake is doing great!! He is walking and running just about like normal. His foot looks absolutely wonderful! When he is overly tired (like after playing at the park) he does walk with his foot turned outwards quite a bit and complains about his arch support hurting. Dr. Dietz told us not to worry, that his foot will get stronger over time, but that if his arch pain becomes more constant that he would consider ordering specially made arch supports for Jake's shoes. In any case Dr. Dietz is very happy with Jake's outcome and said that he thinks we're in the clear, that Jake likely won't need any more surgery. WOO HOO!! We are absolutely thrilled and wanted to share our good news. Kassia 3/22/01 (Lt clubfoot, ATTT #2 October 2005) and 11/22/
