I dump when I eat anything that is fried or has too much fat in it.

It is not only sweets that bad for us but anything greasy and fried.

You will soon learn what you can and can not eat and how long it

takes before you start feeling the dumping coming on. I am

surprised that it took that long ...I usually dump within 30 minutes

of eating something I should not have.
