BJ,

The thing I found that helped me the most was Tone Moisturizing

body wash with cocoa butter and one of those spongy bath things. It

seemed to moisturize the skin beautifully and also helped exfoliate some

of the rough edges off the scar.

INCISIONS AND SCARS

Hi Everyone,

Since I am having so much plastic surgery this summer I would VERY much like

everyone to bombard me with your thoughts, ideas, solutions, cure-alls,

fix-its---for the treatment of the incisions and to help minimize scarring.

There are lots of " natural products " out there---has anyone used any? Lots of

herbal remedies---anyone tried these? Lots of old wives tales---I am interested

in anything and everything. I really want to heal well. I am certainly

starting off on the right track by " protein overloading " but I know I could do

more. Any and all help/ suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
