Guest guest
Not sure of any humanitarian places you can donate to, but it's ironic that i'm in need of Asacol right now. I'm between jobs and have no insurance. One bottle is $350.00 without coverage, way beyond what I can afford.I completely understand not wanting to send them to an individual, so if you're not comfortable with the idea that's perfectly ok. If you change your mind, i'd definitely be interested. I don't need alot, just some to hold me over until I have coverage again.-UC - 1+ yearsSCD - 7 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet.Asacol - 5 pills a dayTo: BTVC-SCD From: imagardener2@...Date: Sat, 13 Mar 2010 19:25:46 +0000Subject: where to donate Asacol I have a lot of 400 mg Asacol in search of a home (hundreds of pills). I was on a 12 per day and got switched to 6mp so have a lot left over. It's the solid red pill not a capsule so nothing could be fiddled with. I think I'd feel funny about sending to an individual in case they blamed me for any reason. Is there a humanitarian organization that anyone knows of? I sure don't want to throw them away. Thanks BTW my modified SCDiet is working wonderfully. I cannot eat fruit or have fruit juices or SCD yogurt but am soooo much improved. I also just discovered that nuts are much better for me after soaking and drying. This is my second attempt on the diet. I tried it 5 years ago with no success. This time I paid 100% attention to what foods were reacting with my gut and even if they were SCD legal removed the offenders. Hotmail: Trusted email with Microsoft’s powerful SPAM protection. Guest guest
I know what you mean! I always feel so bad when I throw out a ton of meds that I no longer need. Right now I have a bunch of Humira with no home. Holly Crohn's SCD 12/01/08 > > I have a lot of 400 mg Asacol in search of a home (hundreds of pills).
