Under 300 For The First Time In 17 Years!

I'm not posting this just to get a bunch of congrats, but just

wanted to share that just about the biggest milestone thus far

has been getting to under 300 pounds for the first time in 17

years! I'm 34 years old, so the last time I was under 300 was

when I was 17.

That is a long, long time to have suffered.

" Grateful " is not a big enough word to describe how lucky I

feel today! Not to sound schmaltzy, but I'm tearing up just

thinking about it.
