one last stitch -- when will it come out?

hi all, tomorrow is my 6 week mark. all of my stitches have fallen

out on their own, except for one stubborn one in my upper left gum.

does anyone know when it might come out? should i be worried? i saw

my OS last week and she didn't seem especially concerned, but it's

sort of bugging me. otherwise i'm all healed and healthy.
