Guest guest
In trying to find a substitute to Calcium supplements in pill form, I see that the Lactaid milk which I currently drink occasionally, now has a Calcium Fortified " version " which says it has 50% of the daily value, or 500 mg calcium per 8-oz serving. Under ingredients it lists: fat free milk, tribasic calcium phosphate (calcium), carrageenan, guar g um, lactase enzyme, vitamin A palmitate, and vitamin D3. Anyone know if we can absorb " tribasic calcium phosphate (calcium) " ? I don't know how this fits into the " calcium citrate/ calcium carbonate " discussion. Thanks! H.
