I had a Lefort over a year ago. I too suffered from some pretty scary

nosebleeds for the first 10 days. One thing I suggest is not bending

down to pick things up off the floor with your head hanging forward.

Sorry I can't be of much help, just wanted you to knwo that I also had

the nosebleeds post op.
