We have all been down > the path of miracle cures , it is no miracle. I only suggest never advise. It is hard work. If you read my post I also said what works for one may not for another. My first journey was 1973. Experimental intestine by-pass. I lost 168 and stayed at 135 for over 20 yrs. So this thing I do is not brand new. A car accident dislodged the line and after 5 yrs in a chair and steroids, it came back on. It took ten yrs to get healthy enough for a revision, which was 2 yrs ago. My surgeon is a good one, but only as surgery goes, but lacks in many ways even before his patients leave the hospital. After care is nonexistent. God help you if you get complications down the road which I have twice. I can see the reason some of his patients were confused on what was suppose to happen as they progressed. I went back to the way I did things and for that reason I survived him. I didn't have the constant eating the 2nd time, but fast food was my downfall for I couldn't cook, couldn't drive, and no movement whatsoever. Cheap and easy..laden with grease and calories. Again without wls I couldn't have done it the 2nd time. Sandi
