I do.

I get to work at around 6:30 AM, so even though I have a great,

high-protein breakfast (for example, a sunny-side-up egg dropped over

a leftover piece of meat loaf), by 9AM my stomach lets me know that

it is hungry. I snack at my desk from about 8:30 to 10:00 AM.

Examples: cashew nuts, a piece of fruit, part of a protein bar,

jerky, Japanese miso soup -- of course, not all these things every

day.

Also, when I get home from work, I sometimes take a small snack

(~4PM) along with my afternoon pills (ADEK, Calcium, Actigall).

Examples: a piece of cheese on a cracker, a handful of cashew nuts

(pistachios seem to mess with my insides--gas, oil, runs). Crystal

Light or apple juice.

Finally, after dinner, I might take a small snack while watching TV

(e.g., 2 TBS of ice cream)

Amounts are generally much less than I would have eaten pre-op.
