how to delete messages on postings and help shorten messages

Please help the people reading digests by:

Highlighting the message by clicking the cursor next

to the beginning of a paragraph then holding the shift

button while clicking the cursor at the end of the

paragraph. It should highlight the paragraph. Then

push the backspace and wa-la no more paragraph. That

helps us on the digests not to have to scroll through

old long postings that we have read a hundred times.

Also make sure what you are responding to is in the

subject box or to put short messages there. Another

help is to include a short insert from the message you

are replying to surrounded by quotes or spaces and

prefaced with so and so writes: Thank-you
