Guest guest
I have long believed that the informaiton about fullness takes about 20 minutes to be transmitted from my tummy to my brain. Maybe less.. but certainly long enough for me to eat more than my mall DS timmy wants. Even a modest amount of " too much " triggered vomiting for me for months. That has subsided now.. and I changed 3 things: 1. picked out a small bowl and stopped after eating that amount of food.. waited at least 15 minutes before eating more 2. paid more attention to the sensation of fullness instead of ignoring it as I'd done for years 3. started frequent conversations with my pyloric valve.. would relax and intentionally try and breathe into it and imagine it opening and letting some food out of my tummy... not tensing up agaist the feeling of being overly full.. This helped me. I am still horribly uncomfortable if I eat too fast or too much. I've been working on not doing that again. in Seattle --- > On a more serious note does anyone else have a fine line between > eating and being full and eating and vomiting?
